We are looking for a Procurement Officer - FMCG to join our team at EuroVan International.
Job Description
- Purchasing raw materials, production requirements, Products and packaging from the local market and following up their supply schedule with the supplier and any other requirements required by the work necessity that are purchased from the local market.
- Handling the day-to-day activities of the Procurement department.
- Contact local suppliers and request samples for inspection prior to delivery if required
- Requests for prices from more than one supplier to choose the best quality and price and present it to choose and approve the best for the purchase.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Communicate with the finance department in order to secure payments
Work Conditions:
- Location: St. Saeed Zakareya, EL Sefarat district, Nasr city, Cairo, Egypt.
- 5 working days – our days off (Friday – Saturday).
Job Requirements
Your qualifications and experience
- Experience in FMCG/Food Beverage Field Preferable
- From 1 to 3 years of experience.
- University Graduate.
- Preferable to have a residence near Nasr City.
Your attributes and skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Ability to deal with different customers & how to convince them.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent presentation & Negotiate skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office.
