Job Description

Responsibilities
- Ensures our products are valuable, usable for users and feasible to build
- Champion the user’s needs at every step of the product design and delivery process, ensuring the finished product meets the user’s needs, ships on time, and is launched successfully
- Prioritize the competing priorities using a clearly defined process that challenges team biases, past experiences and above all client requests that are recent and frequent
- Research competitors and create gap analysis
- Study new market needs and create gap analysis
- Empathetically understand customer needs and ideate solutions to that
- Be aware of new trends in the field and reflect that into the product roadmap and its priorities
- Innovate new ideas
- Define KPIs for features to measure features success
- Maintain growth and Agile mindset such that features are built iteratively and released frequently
- Answer all range of questions that arise around the best way to design a certain feature based on the user’s needs
- Clear unforeseen hurdles and roadblocks so the team can be as productive as possible while bringing new features to life
- Be on the hook with Scrum Master and the team to project manage a feature through to its launch, and ensuring all teammates are aligned around why that feature is being built
