Job Description
- Analyze and predict sales, and sale trends to make informed decisions
- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
- Protect against loss by monitoring security, training staff & providing coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and increase sales
- Manage appropriate levels of stock and purchases
- Address customer complaints/feedback in a professional manner
- Plan and execute specials and promos, including year-end clearance sales (specially in the CCTV Field)
- Maintain current knowledge of market/trends
Job Requirements
- BSc in business, marketing, sales or relevant field
- Experience as a retail / product manager Not less than 3 years
- Strong working knowledge of management best practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization, strategic planning, and leadership skills
- Very Good Computer skills, including retail management software
- Good experience with Light Current Products (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc…)
