Job Summary:
Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent through generating forecasting plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills.
- Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all required job postings in a timely manner.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and other professional platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Proactive coordination with departments for technical interviews.
- Advertise internal staff vacancies via email.
- Collect and screen resumes, select potential candidates and provide a shortlist of approved candidates to supervisors for interview.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications.
- Complete and distribute high-quality weekly and monthly staffing reports
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Coordinate with external recruiters and outside employment agencies to attract and identify select candidates.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- BSc in Human Resources Management, or relevant field.
- +3 Years of Experience in IT field.
- HR diploma is highly recommended.
- Graduated from language school is a must.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
