Site Supervisor

Summary:

Supervising and controlling project activities and ensuring high quality workmanship and effective communication on the project and focusing on delivering results, is detailed-oriented, and possess a wide range of skill sets.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities with labors, subcontractors and Site engineers.
• Effectively manage labors and subcontractors involved in projects.
• Observe and inspect construction progress to ensure adherence to specifications and contact documents.
• Supervise, verify, and approve the work of subcontractors according to the job specifications.
• Subcontractors to supervise including but not limited to Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Sprinkler, Flooring and Painting.
• Provide verbal and written communication daily to office-based Project Manager concerning progress and delays.
