Job Description
- Studying, Searching and Opening New Markets for exporting, Analyzing markets and selecting distributors, searching for new partners, Evaluating cost & pricing for the international markets.
- Coordinates and follow up on shipping operations and coordinates with authorities. Follow up with shipping schedules, and delivery of the products. Dealing with governmental side related to Exporting & Importing processes.
- Collects and update data about the required certificates or new procedures for export.
- Creating and maintaining end-to-end documentation process, Preparing the necessary documentation and forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities.
- Communicates with the company’s interrelated departments, such as Sales, Financial, Marketing, Production, Quality, etc.
- Handle customer queries and issues, and resolves them effectively.
- Coordinates all export sales transactions such as customer response, orders, payments, Quotations, delivery schedules, customer complaints and service levels, and works to increase customer satisfaction.
- Establishes and maintains excellent relations with current and new foreign clients, Leading Negotiations with them.
- Works with shipping agencies, local and international authorities to facilitate the export procedures and minimizes cost.
- Follows-up processing Logistics activities (ordering & following-up letters of credits and letters of guarantee and swifts).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant business-related field.
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in Exporting & Importing.
- Good Knowledge of Export & Import laws & regulations.
- Excellent Negotiation, Time Management, Communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent Speaking, Reading & Writing in English.
