Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Manage all staff level, by strategically forecasting the needs based on growth, turnover, and career advancement.
  • Working with management team to ensure company interviewing and hiring standards are uniformly applied.
  • Develop, implement and monitoring the performance management system through assessing objectives, timing and measurements and force rating the outstanding performance to ensure equity.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support
  • Handling all the technical departments’ KPI’s & performance evaluation.
  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements & job descriptions for all positions.
  • Gather & analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire & employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly & annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files & records in electronic & paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks & benefits & organizing team building activities.
  • Conducting & arranging training sessions.
  • Create & update company hierarchy upon business objectives & effective internal process
  • Maintaining company documentations templates.
  • Prepare related assessments to match with job profile.
  • Oversee & manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints & harassment allegations.
  • Processing all personal action forms & ensuring proper approval
  • Enhance work processing in professional ways.
  • Conducting seminars & workshops to discuss employees’ requirements & development suggestions.
  • Following up time factor with departments’ mangers.
  • Present creative solutions which lead to the best usage of the available resources & achieve the highest performance of human capabilities

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, 5 years in managerial level.
  • Fluent in English, additional language is preferred
  • Have minimum 3 years’ experience in Construction companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of business development
  • Great experience in reporting systems.
  • Experience in managing medium or, large firms is preferred
  • Excellent in business language.
