Job Description
- Generating new products and recipes.
- Fine tuning and improving existing recipes.
- Creating machinery and production solutions processes needed for production.
- Ensuring that strict hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety standards are met.
- Identifying and choosing product ingredients from authorized suppliers.
- Implement internal guidelines and legal specifications to be handled with food authorities.
- Building and managing operation/production teams.
- Coordinating with marketing staff.
- Monitoring plant production according to time, cost and quality specifications and in consideration of the optimal capacity utilization.
Job Requirements
- Degree in food science/technology, food engineering, biochemistry, microbiology or similar to min.
- 5 years previous experience within a relevant production environment, preferably in Food
& Beverage. - Good team working abilities.
- Attention to detail, especially with regard to food
