Country Manager

We are looking for an organized and efficient manager to handle all operations for our design brand in Egypt.

The candidate must:

• Maintain good relationship with all stores (points of sale) and partners in Egypt
• Ensuring all orders are delivered on time to clients and stores (points of sale)
• Manage the team in Cairo
• Assist with business development on a commission basis
• Assist with any other operational tasks necessary as they will be based in Cairo
• Meet with clients when necessary and send a post meeting summary (meeting minutes)
• Assist with setting schedules for the project
• Carrying out research, to make sure that designs are technically feasible and negotiate with suppliers on reasonable costs
• Overlooking the logistics of sales and inventory work in Cairo, including answering phone calls with clients to place orders, preparing excel sheets for inventory, supervision of delivery to clients and assisting in the quarterly event pop ups of the new collections in Cairo
• Execute design set ups for new installations in Cairo points of sale
• Ensure good communication with team in Dubai
• Main point of contact for accounting firm in Cairo
