- Study Tenders documents and develop technical offer
- Support operation team during start-up phase
- Develop training plan & maintain training material
- Present HK induction training for new hiring
- Support recruitment with technical interviews
- Conduct periodical audit and maintain audit report
- Propose advanced & cost-effective working ways
- Share in troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Support purchasing in tools & consumables selection
- Develop standard operating procedures for HK tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of experience.
- 3 years experience at HK supervision level required and 1 year at management level preferred.
- High school required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety principles.
- Strong communicator, highly presentable, build trust and inspire loyalty.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Office.
