Job Description

  • Study Tenders documents and develop technical offer
  • Support operation team during start-up phase
  • Develop training plan & maintain training material
  • Present HK induction training for new hiring
  • Support recruitment with technical interviews
  • Conduct periodical audit and maintain audit report
  • Propose advanced & cost-effective working ways
  • Share in troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Support purchasing in tools & consumables selection
  • Develop standard operating procedures for HK tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of experience.
  • 3 years experience at HK supervision level required and 1 year at management level preferred.
  • High school required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety principles.
  • Strong communicator, highly presentable, build trust and inspire loyalty.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge with Microsoft Office.
