Job Description

If you’re passionate about fitness and wish to get a closer look into the engine of one of the industry’s top functional and personal training studios, we are looking to expand our Customer Experience (CX) team. Get to be part of a team that aims to perform at international standards!

In a nutshell, your responsibility is to ensure our clients are happy, getting the service they paid for and that the Front Desk team is performing smoothly and well! Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Addressing clients’ needs and following up on inquiries
  • The building, maintaining and developing relationships with active clients
  • Encouraging and collecting feedback
  • Gathering referrals
  • Supporting and guiding the Front Desk team of executives
  • Managing PT bookings, the client's database, appointments...
  • Maintaining strong communication with all functional departments including sales, fitness & operations
  • Performing administrative tasks and generating reports as/when needed
  • Attending weekly meetings as scheduled by Management
  • Performing any other assigned duties related to CX

Job Requirements

  • Peoples person, presentable with a big smile
  • Bachelor degree
  • Organized & communicative
  • Smart learner & eager to self-improve
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good judgment in sensitive situations
  • Team-oriented
  • Customer Service experience is a MUST
  • Fluent English written and spoken
