Job Description
- This position performs a wide variety of security and/or operations duties.
- The position works both independently and supervised, and uses considerable independent judgment in dealing with difficult situations.
- Supervisors provide work assignments, instructions and evaluations, and review work methods and results through observations, reports, inspections and discussion.
Job Responsibility
- Handling Ramp duties.
- Overall responsible for handling the Airport Service.
- Completes written and electronic reports and forms.
- Assists in preparation for and handling emergency situations
- Provide Customer Support over phone and call management.
- Solve the passengers problem and motivate the under command employees.
- Responds to aircraft and other airport emergencies and performs duties as directed.

- Communicates with tenants, operators, airlines, the ATCT and other airport divisions regarding routine matters and special projects.
Job Requirements
- Work Location: Luxor
- Strong communication skills in English and a second language (French) is preferred.
- Age 21 to 30 year(s)
- Bachelor degree.
- Work with a team / under pressure.
- Ability to learn and apply technical policies and regulations
- Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support.
- Ability and willingness to work any shift, holidays and overtime during times of critical needs
- Should have computer knowledge in MS Office.
