Job Description
- Arranging all formalities for Suez Canal transit calls.
- Responsible for all agency operation (PDA, crew change, Parcel handling & port call with operation department)
- Arrange ETA, ETB, ETD & ETC with masters of vessels
- Follow up vessels operations during it's port call & Reporting to owners
- Finishing formalities, immigration, arrival, departures.
- Crew sing in and sign off, customs, port authority, certificates & shore pass procedures.
- Supply ships with water, food, and equipment
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree
- Minimum 2 years in the same filed
- Ability to handle multi tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very good Communication Skills
- Detail-oriented
