Job Description
- Study and review the tender documents (specifications, terms and conditions).
- Review and prepare projects detailed Shop Drawings.
- Study, prepare and review the tender pricing process and procedures for the suppliers/subcontractors or Vendors.
- Prepare the suppliers /subcontractors financial and technical comparison sheets.
- Review and prepare the suppliers/subcontractors / vendor’s contracts.
- Review and prepare all different correspondence (Submittals, material submittals, method statement, purchase orders, Project Logs…..ext.)
- Review and coordinate the different project trades (finishes / electromechanical) drawings.
- Coordinate between all project stakeholders (consultant, client, Owner-rep and subcontractors).
- Review subcontractor’s invoices.
- Prepare the client /consultant invoices.
- Prepare the required project update reports (Time, Cost, Deliverables…ext.).
- Inspect on regular base sites activities and ensure that site works executed according to the approved quality standards as per the approved time schedule.
- Prepare the project testing and commissioning documents (Closeout documents, Final invoices, Quantity surveyors reports, As built drawings..ext.)
