Job Description
- Thinking safety and acting safely in line with group IMS stds.
- Keep his self training record updated as per assigned.
- As a shift lead, he is responsible to follow up the operation activities, ensuring the company goals (productivity, efficiency and reliability) are met while keeping constraints (SHE(1), quality and IMS(2)) respected and fulfilled.
- Lead /supervise the shift team during normal operation, startup and/or troubleshooting to keep production units and all associated equipments running at max. productivity and min. downtime resulting in cost-effective and safe operations.
- Validate the plant’s parameter collected locally on the field during the routine rounds & diary checks sheet and report/acts as per disturbance/troubles referring to operation instructions/procedures.
- Monitor and adjust, if needed, the plant’s parameters through the automated system and report abnormalities, if any.
- Validate the truck unloading checklists.
- Plant start up / shut down using dedicated checklists and procedures.
- shift handover using dedicated reports.
- Get maint. team aligned with plant’s issue using maximo SR.
- While plant stand still (overhaul,..), work with maint. team as following;
- Perform related preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the plant equipments as per vendors’ maintenance manuals and in compliance with the company maintenance program.
- Diagnose the Equipments problems, lead troubleshooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment, when required.
- Following up the availability of required spare parts, tools and consumables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience (Cryogenic experience will be preferred).
- Excellent English language.
- AutoCad is a plus.
