Encore is looking for qualified instructors to teach course sessions, university-level during the summer in China (June/July). The list of courses is as bellow:
- PSY 101: Psychology Part I
- PSY 102: Psychology Part II
Job Description
China Onsite Teaching Courses
- Follow curriculum that meets college standards for each course.
- Develop learning plans that include all course competencies.
- Utilize technology and varied media as appropriate.
- Provide a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Engage students in the learning process.
- Encourage student participation.
- Provide opportunities for student dialog and interaction.
- Hold required number of office hours.
- Provide cumulative grades to students.
- Use scheduled class time effectively.
- Establish a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Conduct student evaluations, if required.
Job Requirements

- Possess a PhD degree in related and appropriate field.
- Master and Ongoing PhD students are encouraged.
- Able to plan, organize, instruct, and facilitate quality educational courses.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence in program/course content and delivery.
- Demonstrate competency with use of technology that supports learning and teaching.
- Fluent English
