Job Description

Scope of the role:

  • Responsible for managing RB Guests Visa & Accommodation Arrangements.
  • Responsible for the facility management.
  • Calendar/email management including scheduling meetings, room bookings, conference calls, video calls and taking minutes when necessary.
  • Coordination for Travel including flights booking, hotels, prepares itineraries; maintains travel vouchers, records, and visa application & ensuring all necessary approvals are in place for travel arrangements.
  • Organize conferences, client meetings & training to include sourcing venues, negotiations, budget approvals, travel logistics and payment liaison with finance. If necessary, to travel to the actual site to make sure smooth running of the event.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects (collate reports for the region: New business, office contacts etc).
  • Provide logistics support for HR.
  • Office management.
  • Event organization.
  • Supplier vetting & negotiations (events, hotels, restaurants, etc.).
  • Support the office in regulatory tasks and clearing of regulatory issues.
  • Coordinate Induction & On- Boarding.
  • Maintaining Training Record.

Job Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Experiance should be min 1-2 years in a similar role
  • BA degree
  • The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English; therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Team player – someone that interacts well with people at all levels internally and externally
  • Excellent planning and organisation
