We are looking for a who is a highly motivated team player and capable of carving out their own role in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Scope of the role:
To provide financial analysis and decision making support primarily to Category team, Marketing Director & Commercial Finance Controller to ensure the Category/ brands deliver on their key financial performance objectives (typically – NR, GM, COP). The role works extensively with the multi-functional Category teams to lead & influence a broad range of financial & business decisions. Functional solid line reporting is to the Commercial Finance Controller

Job Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting from a reputed business school
- Accounting Qualification is an added plus
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating mindset
- Ability to achieve results through influence
- Ability to develop and drive execution of strategies, tactics, measurable implementation plans across multiple brands
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral (in English)
- Ability to summarize complexity and drive clarity and stakeholder alignment
- Sound systems & technical knowledge. Expert level in excel. Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong technical financial analysis foundation – high level of competency in ROI analysis, NPV analysis & DCF modelling.
- Strong business and commercial acumen – is able to dissect and understand the business drivers of financial performance.
- Very high level of analytical & problem solving skills.
- Able to work well in a culturally diverse environment.
