Job Description

The job scope is managing the above mentioned 4 countries End to End in terms of IMS , TS Management , achieving KPIs & growth objectives. Responsible for managing the multiplier channels in the different countries hence needs to be also mobile in terms of traveling at least once a month. Build up and maintain good relationships with customers, agents and distributors.

Main responsibilities:

  • Leads the sales strategy for the relevant market, enabling RB to execute business growth plans and be capable of delivering the planned net revenue, GM, net working capital and 4P improvements on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain and develop the RB relationship with the Key Distributor personnel. You will be managing the Distributor on behalf of RB.
  • Directly responsible for all aspects of sales and customer strategy in the relevant market. Including, developing and delivering against sales plans for each business channel, implementation of trade terms, and accountability for trade investment.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with distributors in the region and supervise achievement of all sales targets.
  • You will have full accountability for developing the strategic plan for your Account to drive sales, profit and net working capital.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for?

  • 10-12 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced knowledge of French – is a must.
  • Distributor Management experience.
  • Multi channel exposure ( MT & TT).
  • Proven track record in Sales Management (in FMCG) with major retailers’ experience of influencing and engaging senior management in own and customer organizations.
  • Preferable if he handled any of these markets before (Libya – Tunisia – Algeria – Morocco).
  • The incumbent needs to have strong understanding of fundamentals of Sales, preferably across Channels and key account experience.
  • Negotiating skills.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams.
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
