Job Description
- To ensure the implementation and development of production quality and production processes standards to reach the best customer satisfaction at the lowest cost and ensure the internal audits of the systems of quality and food safety and send reports to the Director of the plant and the Managing Director to take the necessary corrective action if necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with government and international bodies concerned with quality and food safety Supervision of internal audits based on GMP-FSMS-HACCP standards.
- Supervising both quality supervisors and quality engineers Oversee the production steps to ensure that the procedures are properly implemented Internal audit on quality systems to ensure that they are achieved as required.
Job Requirements
- Preferably bachelor degree in Agriculture -Food Science - Food Industry - Chemistry - Microbiology, in addition to a specialized study in (GMP, HACCP, ISO 18000, ISO 22000 quality overall)
- Remarkable management skills and ability to lead the team.
- excellent Communication skills and dealing with others.
- Problem analysis, decision making, and speed of action.
- A good command for English language and Computer, especially Office applications.
