Job Description

The role will be based in Egypt. You 're responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office. manage online and paper filling systems. manage social media for the organization.

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.).
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare agenda for meetings.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Respond to department’s heads in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing.
  • Some minor human resources management.
  • Dealing with our online or offline costumers face to face or through phone or email
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports, as required by the CEO
  • Update all the daily sheets needed to be update
  • Creating and following up regular financial reports
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • following up all social media channels, answer audience , reply comments and messages on (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, e-mail… etc.)
  • Managing databases

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred
  • Expert of using MS Office specially Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Very good in English "speaking, reading and writing"
  • Proven experience in administration field
  • Exceptional organizational skills to follow up on all issues related to the office.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Previous experience in the social media field is a plus.
  • Motivated

  • Lives in EL-Mokattam or Nasr city
