Job Description
- Arrange training needs identification report for all departments before year start.
- Prepare training plan for the whole year
- Coordinate training schedule and logistics before the start of the training
- Attend and evaluate the training venue, facilitator and arrangement on daily bases.
- Ensure the efficiency of the training by doing evaluation of participants.
- Provide training effectiveness with coordination with managers after 3 months
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- HR – certificate will be an asset
- 2-3 years of experience in same field
- Location 6th of October
