Job Description
- Conducting service knowledge training in coordination with the sales manager.
- Conducting periodic sales trainings.
- Coaching the sales team based on the sales manager's instructions.
- Assisting the sales manager in meetings and trainings.
- Motivating and orienting the sales team to improve their efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Extensive sales knowledge.
- Previous experience in sales and sales coaching is a must. (minimum 3 years)
- Fluent English is a must.
- Telesales coaching experience is a plus.
