Job Description
- Planning, organizing, directing and supervising the employees and workers of production and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of the production processes.
- Setting the daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the warehouse management and the sales department.
- Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes and application of quality standards and procedures in place in the company and documentation of production processes.
- Identify raw material requirements and prepare orders for production process inputs (milk, food, detergents, equipment, etc.) and submit them to the Procurement Department.
- Identify the needs of human resources necessary to work in the production and participation in the selection of staff in the section and identify the training needs of each individual and training and motivating them to work, and participate in the evaluation process for individuals.
- Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards in the factory.
- Follow-up maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and reporting on maintenance or replacement of equipment is invalid.
- Evaluate the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.
- Reporting on all aspects of the process of production and achievements and failures to the direct manager

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in chemical or industrial engineering
- Experience of not less than 10 yIiears in the field of production and manufacturing (preferably in the field of paints)
- Good dealing with computer programs and office equipment.
- Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Can work under pressure.
