Job Description
Transportation:
- Set up the transportation cost center budget to be approved from the top management.
- Supervise and control the monthly expenses and revenues for the employees’ transportation.
- Review and approve the employees over time.
- Review the monthly transportation reports (car registration, fleet management, withdrawal car store, bus life cycle, the cost center expenses, the newspaper reports)
- Review and Manage the employees’ buses daily arrival and take the corrective actions and send it to the management.
- Approve the transportation payment permissions.
- Review the operational plans for transportation the daily duties.
Courier:
- Receive and evaluate the courier's companies offer and compare the prices and services
- Review and approve the monthly invoice for the contracted courier company with prices randomly check.
- Review courier monthly reports and report any deviations
- Approve the daily permissions payment for uncontract couriers company.
- Follow up any unexpected cases and take the corrective actions
- Following up the messengers & call center agents’ daily performance.
Company communication services:
- Control the company purchases which are related to the communications and deliver it to the employees according to the company policy.
Organizing the company events:
- Organize and follow up the summer company summer activities.
- Organize the final events.
