Job Description

A female executive secretary required for a company located in Dokki with the following profile:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Prepare and manage reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Handle incoming mail and other material
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Operate office equipment
  • Telesales
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Managing client relationships
  • Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current campaigns progress

Job Requirements

  • Females Only
  • Own a car preferred
  • Ability to travel inside/outside of Egypt
  • Relevant training or qualification
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications
  • MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Prezi are a must
  • Knowledge of Accounting, business principles and business administration (optional)
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creativity, imagination, and initiative
