Job Description
A female executive secretary required for a company located in Dokki with the following profile:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Prepare and manage reports and documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Organize internal and external events
- Handle incoming mail and other material
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
- Operate office equipment
- Telesales
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Managing client relationships
- Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current campaigns progress
Job Requirements
- Females Only
- Own a car preferred
- Ability to travel inside/outside of Egypt
- Relevant training or qualification
- Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications
- MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Prezi are a must
- Knowledge of Accounting, business principles and business administration (optional)
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creativity, imagination, and initiative
