- Welcoming visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls and handle caller inquiries
- Handle all outgoing or incoming correspondences and documents (e-mail, letters, Faxes, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Co-ordinate meetings
- Provide any required secretarial support
