Job Description

  • Welcoming visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls and handle caller inquiries
  • Handle all outgoing or incoming correspondences and documents (e-mail, letters, Faxes, etc.)
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment.
  • Co-ordinate meetings
  • Provide any required secretarial support
