Job Description
- Modifying the job description according to the structure.
- Attracting applicants & creating a database of CVs for applicants matching the required criteria for the major jobs.
- Make first call for the interview to determine the time and date.
- Conducting Face to face interviews for the selected candidates.
- Conducting the company orientation for all the newly hired employees.
- Creating a fingerprint for the newly hired employees & completing all the data on the attendance system software.
- Sending the bank account opening applications to the bank branch & receiving the ATM & password then delivering them to the employee.
- Monitor daily attendance.
- Prepare monthly staff attendance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly salaries.
- Following contracts and renewing contracts.
- Payroll system.
- Conducting exit interviews for any resigned employee & try to retain them by supporting in solving any problem that they are facing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a Must.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Field.
- HR Certificate is a plus.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
- High personal skills.
