Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles in head office & farms all over Egypt.
  • Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
  • Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
  • Manage the recruitment process through the HRIS system and apply all recruiting process steps on time.
  • Fulfill existing open vacancies to ensure alignment of recruitment with manpower plan
  • Create job offers for accepted candidates and do the needed archival
  • Frequently reporting and reviewing all recruitment metrics (time to fill/ Cost per hire) to ensure effective recruitment cycle that meets the company objectives.
  • Explore the market best practice in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Monitors and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial interviews for blue / white collars using CBI and other assessment techniques.
  • Prepare all recruiting reports such as Time to fill, cost per hire, Fill rate, etc.
  • Deliver training courses.
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant field
  • Post graduate diploma in human resources is a must.
  • Very good in written and spoken English
  • 3-5 years of experience in mass recruitment and executive search for blue collars
  • Good experience with training providers and training centers
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
