Job Description
- Managing day to day distributors including stock transfer & payment
- Visiting distributors weekly to review goods display
- Ensure of distributors or staff technical training
- Plan the weekly visit schedule for distributors
- Increase distributors network as per company plane
- Signature with new distributors as per company policy
- Develop & promotion with distributors to a chive the annual target
- Report to direct manager all visits & sales funnel weekly
Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Has 6-10 years experience as a Sales Manager (preferably in one of the leading trading companies or the same sector).
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
- Technical sales skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of market research
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
- Possess high reporting skills.
- Excellent oral and written English and Arabic is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure.
