Job Description
- Ensure the implementation of the signed annual business development agreements with his customers in order to ensure compliance to the company’s strategies and development.
- Execute the annual Hypermarkets activity calendar for his customers in line with the Sales Plan.
- Lead all the monthly and quarterly business reviews with the different accounts
- Liaise with customer service in order to ensure that we are delivering against our objectives in the Big 6 customer service levels.
- Sales Operating Systems & Reporting
- Prepare and present quarter customer business reviews.
- Deliver Periodic Reports (visibility tracking sheet, stock & Movement) in line with his unit
- Hypermarkets Team Development
- Develop the Key accounts merchandising and pre-selling team in order to deliver the excellence in availability in their areas of responsibility
Job Requirements
- BA from business administration.
- Experience: 5 years of Sales experience preferably in a reputable Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company with 2-3 years of supervisory experience in KA channel.
- Skills: Fluent English, Computer Skills and Communication skills
