- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Maintaining close relationship with existing clients.
- Acquires new customers, and expands existing customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through daily market visits.
- Investigating and resolving customer problems.
- Review competition’s products / prices, sales and service and recommends modifications to the lighting product/service line.
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
- Insure the implementation of marketing initiatives and loyalty Programs.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
- Actively seeking out and engage customer prospects .
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of Business Administration , Commerce or related.
- Tanta resident or a near location.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales or in a related field.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (selling, communication and negotiation).
- Excellent Time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Must own a car.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
