Job Description
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to all HR departments as required by HR manager (staffing, recruiting, grievances, performance evaluation, compliance, etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, surveys…)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Communicate with visitors, employees and workers when necessary and properly handle complaints under HR manager supervision.
- Assist HR department issues as stipulated by HR manager.
- Help with the implementation of HR issues and policies through HR Stuff
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5 years of experience in the same title
- Proven experience in HR an relevant human resources administrative position.
- PC literacy.
- Excellent English and Arabic.
- Hand on experience with HRIS.
- Basic knowledge of labor law.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- HR Diploma.
