Job Description
Ensure that the production process is being applied according to the set standards to meet the target KPI’s through:
- Monitoring the performance of each of the different production sections on daily basis
- Ensuring the completion of monthly production plan with best efficiency rates using the available resources
- Work with the production team on solving any sudden issues
- coordinate with other departments to ensure the completion of the production plan
- Ensure the application of GMP, 5S, ISO9001, and ISO22716 in place
- Work with the production team to come up with new improvement
- Make regular reports about production performance for upper management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience Previous experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical field.
- BSC/MSC Degree in Pharmacy/Science
- Continuous improvement mentality
- Knowledge of GMP
- Knowledge of TPS, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma
- Excellent at using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Arabic: Fluent
- English: Very Good
- Communication Skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to handle multi-tasks
- Organizational development skills
