Job Description
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services / products.
- Developing long term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their Requirements.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Working on collection of the payment.
- Working on after sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
- Conduct the Customer Satisfaction survey to all customers upon completion of the project in order to capture the satisfaction rating for the business.
- Collecting market information, Identifying threats and opportunities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Proven achievements in sales of Design/construction.
- Background in Architecture Design /High-End Finishes construction.
- Excellent Command of English Spoken & Written.
- 5+ years experience in Sales Position for the same industry.
- Owns Car.
- Lives in ElSheikh Zayed City or nearby.
