Job Description
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
- Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company’s performance.
- Identify/incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- 6+ Years of experience in industrial organizations.
