Job Description
We are a fast growing family business who are searching for our future CFO. who can build a team and develop a concrete accounting department that will back up the company in the next growing stage
- Manage and control all the stock operations in the company as ( this is one of the most important challenges we are facing )
- Preparing a financial statement.
- Expert in Taxes, VAT. (Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax…Etc.)
- Recording all accounts payable invoices.
- Monthly accounts Reconciliation.
- Prepare A/P monthly report.
- Clearing accounts payable.
- Review and verify supplier's invoices and check requests to be aligned with the required procedures.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to their inquiries by reconciling vendor statements and correct discrepancies.
- Ensure the compliance of the supplier's transactions with the Egyptian law towards the VAT and withholding tax.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Create & Recording weekly payments.
- Prepare general journal entries.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from faculty of commerce (Major Accounting).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
- Must have at least 2 years of expeince in retail company preferably clothing
- Must used an ERP system before
- Odoo user is a plus
- strong knowledge of inventory adjustment operations in the retail field and bar code systems
