Job Description
Overview:
- Responsible for supporting our existing customers and directing business development strategies and sales activities to acquire new commercial, industrial, institutional projects and meet revenue growth objectives.
Scope of the Role:
- Develop and implement plans and strategies for building relationships within assigned sales territories.
- Travel to visit potential customers, getting involved in an early stage of new projects, establishing reports and advising customers on potential solutions.
- Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Responding to any customer inquiry & advising customers of products.
- Involved in reviewing quotations before they are sent out.
- Aggressively increase market share and closely monitor upcoming projects in the Saudi Arabia region.
- Ensure regular sales progress and reporting structure encompassing sales activities and forecast.
- Build and maintain strong, productive, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Handling and resolving of customer complaints, pre-empt any areas of dissatisfaction on either sales or service and ensure it is addressed in time.
- Negotiate agreement terms and successfully conclude bids.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years in in HVAC Duct sales and marketing activities (minimum 2 Years in Saudi Arabia).
Traits:
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in HVAC mechanical solution projects and conceptual solutions to end-users at medium and large size companies in a highly competitive market.
- Experience in making equipment and systems selections, sizing ductwork, take-offs from plan and spec projects.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive.
- Excellent networking capabilities and skills in building strategic relations that can potentially materialize on the short, medium or long term.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, estimating, CRM database programs.
