Job Description
- The ideal candidate has the vision and drive to try new approaches based on data, experience and instincts.
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of all the marketing strategies and marketing communication activities, both external and internal.
- Generate new approaches, unique ideas, and creative strategies and executions, for driving new levels of user engagement.
- Lead the effort to identify and stay up to date of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, pricing, and advertising.
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of marketing programs, working closely with sales to drive positive results.
- Analysis of marketing database and metrics to determine best course of action in sales growth and return on investment.
- Develop and lead the development of sales materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline (required).
- Experience in marketing, advertising, brand development, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into insights and identify new opportunities to grow the business.
- Strong and effective business communication
- Punctuality and reliability are mandatory!!!
- Attention to detail, thorough and accurate, can prioritize and juggle multiple projects and tasks while adhering to deadlines.
- Understanding of metrics and ROI techniques for measuring media and communication effectiveness.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in design and execution of marketing, communications and media activities.
- Experience in the field of Real Estate.
- Ability to work under pressure and to work in team.
