Job Description
- Responsible for New Model manufacturing Process preparation.
- Prepare timing plans, co-ordinates the activities necessary to ensure the successful introduction of new products, product design changes, modifications, and engineering change.
- Evaluate Engineering changes and implements the changes that are required.
- Make simulation to check the new function or new version application in the production line.
- Electronic Circuit defect analysis.
- Image quality defect analysis.
- Make analysis and find the solution for Product Quality Problems
- Create the easiest and fastest production process to increase productivity.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of manufacturing process.
- Identify problems in manufacturing and solve problems using appropriate techniques.
- Cost Saving by identifying strategic improvements.
