Job Description
- Set a master plane for all real estate sales and relative activities and establish strong business communication with class A developers.
- Responsible for lead, motivate the sales team to achieve goals and close sales
- Develop effective training programs that enhance sales team ability to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
Job Requirements
- Highly educated
- Experience in real estate sales at least 3 years including 2 years in a senior position.
- Ability to lead and manage sales staff.
- Very good communication and sales skills
- Excellent English language skills.
