Job Description
- Complete study for projects, tenders and trading requests (technical study, drawing, time schedule and BOQ study)
- Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings based on project’s design drawings inaccurate with quality standard.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve any conflict between (civil, mech., elect. etc.…)
- Contacts with our suppliers and trying to get another supplier in order to reach the best technical and commercial offers
- Submit technical and commercial offers
- Cooperate with the sales department to provide all the customer’s requirements
- Prepare purchase order and follow to delivering
- After sales services by supplying spare parts
- Following with suppliers and feed them back
