Job Description
- Plans, organizes and coordinates the operations and activities related to the Human Resources (HR) operations and functions in the Factories and Commercial sector
- Support the HR Director in the creation of the Human Resources strategy.
- Provides leadership in coordinating the activities of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
- Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan as well as participating in functional and
- Develop and maintain effective internal relationships with all departments.
- Ensure innovative recruitment and succession planning is in place.
- Provides leadership and oversees employee information collection, analysis and reporting; supervises the input of data and ensures data integrity
- Manage department expenditure within agreed budget.
- Continuously seek operational feedback from the business leaders, managers, and employees and develop ways to face obstacles and seek for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- BS in business administration or relevant field, MBA degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in the HR field 3 of them in Managerial position.
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
