Job Description

  • Review all the accounting documents/reports to ensure their accuracy.
  • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Prepare internal/external bank transaction
  • Prepare financial statement
  • Daily, monthly and annual management reporting
  • Review and approve all entries before posting into General Ledger and oversee the accurate posting of transactions among all different books and records.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable sales and use taxes as well as assist in the preparation of annual income tax packages.
  • Preparation of tax returns
  • Plans assigns and evaluates job tasks
  • Prepares, reviews and maintains all accounting functions
  • Review the accuracy of the store’s inventory balances and controls.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the Cost Accountants, Account Receivables and Account Payables Accountants.
