Job Description
- Review all the accounting documents/reports to ensure their accuracy.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare internal/external bank transaction
- Prepare financial statement
- Daily, monthly and annual management reporting
- Review and approve all entries before posting into General Ledger and oversee the accurate posting of transactions among all different books and records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable sales and use taxes as well as assist in the preparation of annual income tax packages.
- Preparation of tax returns
- Plans assigns and evaluates job tasks
- Prepares, reviews and maintains all accounting functions
- Review the accuracy of the store’s inventory balances and controls.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the Cost Accountants, Account Receivables and Account Payables Accountants.
