Job Description
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying students’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle student complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English language.
- Proven Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willing to relocate to Kantara Sharqia.
