Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Receive training on the Call Center client’s functions to get all needed information.
- Receive or initiates calls on behalf of the Call Center Client to answer all customer concerns.
- Provide –up to expectations and services to external clients to let the customer be more satisfied.
- Archive call information on the CRM application to be documented and reference.
- Applies Call Center Management– on the spot- remarks and directions in timely manner.
- Maintain Knowledge of products to give the customer the correct information.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Manage length of calls to avoid any call mistake

- Military status must be identified.
- Possess excellent knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
