Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Receive training on the Call Center client’s functions to get all needed information.
  • Receive or initiates calls on behalf of the Call Center Client to answer all customer concerns.
  • Provide –up to expectations and services to external clients to let the customer be more satisfied.
  • Archive call information on the CRM application to be documented and reference.
  • Applies Call Center Management– on the spot- remarks and directions in timely manner.
  • Maintain Knowledge of products to give the customer the correct information.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Manage length of calls to avoid any call mistake

Job Requirements

  • English level " Excellent"
  • Males and Females.
  • Graduates Only
  • Location: Smart Village .
  • Military status must be identified.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
  • Numerical skills.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
