Job Description
- Installation & configuration of a company’s computers hardware operating systems and applications.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Responding to ticket assigned in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for networks & hardware
- Site IT Budget and funding and IT Financial Invoice – Capital and expense.
- Network management, software development and database administration.
- Provide technical support to a business or an organization's employees and train non-technical workers on the business's information systems.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Computer Science/ Faculty of Engineering or any related discipline
- Experience more than 3 years
