Job Description
- Supervising delivery procedures of the residential units to our clients.
- Managing the Customer Service representatives.
- Following up on the site to resolve all the customer’s complaints that occur upon deliverance.
- Participation in the co-ordination between all different departments concerned with delivering finished units.
- Coordination with the site to work-out the customer’s notes and comments.
- Responding to the client’s inquiries.
- Submitting periodic reports to the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent drafting skills using (AutoCAD).
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office and its applications.
